On October 14, 2023, from 15:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, Hongda Group held a video conference on the third quarter work report. The meeting consists of 10 venues including domestic and foreign companies and project locations, with over 200 middle-level and above leaders participating. Group Chairman and General Manager attended the meeting at the Uganda Business Office, while project leaders, engineers, and office personnel attended the meeting through mobile phones in their respective positions. The meeting, chaired by Group Executive Vice General Manager Mr. Zhou Jidong, consisted of three topics: Work Report, Evaluation Deployment, and Leadership Speech.

Total 12 leaders (Dong Shuang, Zhang Guowu, Yin Jiachuan, Li Jie, Niu Tiejun, Liu Lixin, Li Xin, Liu Hui, Zhang Xuefei, Chen Yanchun, Zhang Xikai, Liu Liang) including Group Vice General Manager, subsidiaries General Manager, and department heads, provided detailed reports on the completion of work in the third quarter, the work plan for the fourth quarter, annual target progress, and actions should be taken to complete the remaining tasks to the Group Chairman and General Manager (Li Hao was unable to attend the meeting due to flight reason and reported in writing). The meeting found the shortcomings, sorted out key and difficult work, and formulated corresponding measures, laying a solid foundation for completing various work before the end of the year and striving to complete annual targets.

General Manager Mr. Tan commented on the work of each company and department in the third quarter one by one, deployed key work before the end of the year, and put forward specific requirements for strengthening refined management, cultivating reserve leaders, and completing annual targets: 1. Human Resources, Three Industries, and Legal Department: expanding industries and increasing income; handle thorny issues and safeguard company's rights and interests. 2. Lujiu Company: mining more, selecting good minerals, and producing refined powder, continue to become the benchmark and economic artery of the Group. 3. Huzhong Company: obtain approval, promote work, and start production as soon as possible. 4. Luming Company: achieve established annual profits. 4. Wagagai Company: speak with the result of the "Hundred Day Sprint" and the "Final Battle of the Fourth Quarter". 5. Zimbabwe Company: fully track the Bikita project and conduct corresponding research.

General Manager Mr. Tan has put forward a general requirement for the work before the end of the year: to achieve corresponding goals and produce corresponding results. And provide instructions on cultivating reserve leaders, and propose specific requirements for strengthening refined management. The Group Chairman hopes everyone: continue to work hard and do a good job!
