On July 20, 2021, Mr. Peter, Minister of Mines of Uganda, was invited to visit the Group's Busia Gold Mine. Tan Jiuchang, general manager of the group and deputy commander of the Uganda project, Zhang Xuefei, deputy general manager of the group, Liu Hui, head of the Busia Gold Mine, and relevant leaders warmly received and accompanied the inspection.

At around 12:00, Minister Peter and his party arrived at the Gold Mine. The two sides had a brief discussion. Minister Peter expressed his great pleasure to visit our company, and said that earth shaking changes had taken place in the gold mine in recent years.

Mr. Tan introduced the scale, strength, current construction and development prospects of the Busia project in conjunction with the broadcast of the Hongda Group and Wagagai Gold Mine promotional videos. Mr. Tan said that all the gold mine equipment is the most advanced in the world. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will become a model for Uganda's mining industry, and it will lead the industry in terms of safety, environmental protection and energy saving. Mr. Tan said that with the strong support of Minister Peter, the gold mine project will be advanced faster. After the official operation, it will make a strong contribution to the surrounding roads, schools and other public utilities. At least 3,000 local employees will be hired to work in the gold mine, which will greatly promote local employment.

Minister Peter thanked the Group for its investment in Busia. He believed that the gold mine employed 3,000 local employees, which was a great number. The minister said that any help needed by the gold mines will be coordinated and provided as best they can.

From 14:00 to 16:30 in the afternoon, the minister and his party, accompanied by Mr. Tan, went to the gold mine construction site for field inspection. They first came to the exploration site, and Mr. Tan explained the core samples in detail.

Mr. Tan pointed out that our company has carried out professional technical training for local employees, so that they are competent for their jobs, and more local technical personnel will be trained in the future. During the period, the Minister had a cordial conversation with local employees, asked about their hometown and working conditions, and encouraged them to obey orders and work hard.

Afterwards, the Minister and his party visited the bonded warehouse and security dormitory, and reviewed the security team. The Minister asked the security personnel to protect the safety of the mining area.

When visiting the core library, Mr. Tan introduced that the gold mine core library is quite professional and mature in technology. Our geological engineers are professionals in the industry and have trained a group of local technical staff. In the future, they will provide corresponding analysis data to the Uganda prospecting industry. Try to contribute to it. In order to enhance the intuitive understanding, a rock cutting demonstration was carried out on site.

When visiting the laboratory, Mr. Tan explained the whole experimental process of crushing, sample preparation, sample measurement, analysis and obtaining accurate data to the minister, and pointed out that the performance of the gold mine experimental equipment is the world's leading, and it can help Uganda to carry out sample data in the future. analyze. Minister Peter communicated with the local laboratory technician.

Then, Mr. Tan introduced the gold mine smelting site to the Minister and his party, and described the whole process from mining, beneficiation, hydrogenation, smelting to obtaining pure gold products in the future.

Finally, Minister Peter and his party visited the No. 11 warehouse. Mr. Tan said that the number of gold drilling equipment stored in the warehouse is expected to reach 50. Currently, there are 40 of them, and 10 are still being shipped. He pointed out that the two mountain drilling equipment are at the world's leading level and the cost is high.

After the visit, Mr. Tan accompanied the Minister and his party back to the conference room again to conduct in-depth discussions on relevant issues. Mr. Tan put forward eight demands on the current difficulties encountered in the construction of gold mines. The Minister and his party responded one by one. Finally, the Minister said that he would invite the president and other ministers to the gold mine to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony in early October, to help solve the problem on the spot and provide a strong guarantee for the construction of the gold mine.

In the evening, the two sides ended the discussion in a pleasant atmosphere.
