On August 30, 2021, Zhou Jidong, executive deputy general manager of the group, was invited to Xuzhou Caterpillar to attend the delivery ceremony of 100 excavators, accompanied by Yin Jinhui, director of procurement of the group, and Li Xin, director of real estate operations.

At 13:00 p.m., Mr. Zhou and his party arrived at the destination. Chen Qihua, global vice president of Caterpillar, Xia Weihua, general manager of Xuzhou factory, and Yu Xipu, senior technical expert warmly welcomed them. The two sides went to the VIP conference room for discussion and exchange, and enhanced their understanding through mutual introduction and watching manufacturer promotional videos.

At 14:00, the two sides moved to the site of the handover ceremony. The ceremony officially started after the Caterpillar staff welcomed them and the host gave a grand introduction to Mr. Zhou and his party. First, Mr. Chen Qihua of Caterpillar gave a warm speech, and then Mr. Zhou conveyed the congratulations of the chairman and general manager of the group on the strategic cooperation and the handover ceremony of the 100 excavators, and briefly introduced the industrial structure and development scale of the group. With high-quality product performance and efficient after-sales service, the cooperation between the two parties will be pushed to a higher level.

Afterwards, the two parties carried out on-site bid unveiling, key delivery, gift giving, and group photos, and then went to the bonded area for vehicle inspection and labeling. Finally, the delivery ceremony of 100 excavators was successfully concluded at the manufacturer's appreciation dinner.

It is reported that the 100 (actually 103) Caterpillar excavators purchased by the group will be delivered to the Malian branch of the group in batches within two months. At that time, just as Caterpillar's congratulatory message said: the group will tap wealth and make great progress in Africa. The group will also further create value and repay the society!
